Partners

Give your expertise a wider reach.

Working with MK Group means exploring projects alongside people whose capabilities complement yours. A partnership grows from a useful contribution, shared interests and clear commitments.

Experts and advisory firms

You contribute financial, legal, technical, sector or country expertise. Collaboration makes it possible to work on engagements that require several specialties.

Companies and operators

You contribute technical, industrial or operational capabilities. A partnership creates space to explore a joint response and define each party’s role.

Local and academic partners

You contribute local understanding, research or training. Your involvement helps shape the project and its long-term local continuity.

Introduce my expertise

A partnership takes shape in stages.

  1. Introduce yourself

Tell us about your expertise, the places where you work and the contribution you have in mind.

  2. Explore the fit

A conversation helps clarify expectations, availability and relevant experience.

  3. Define the framework

The relationship, mutual commitments and working arrangements are discussed before an engagement begins.

  4. Build an engagement

Each project has a defined scope: contribution, responsibilities, resources and remuneration.

Three distinct forms of commitment.

The network

A professional relationship for exploring complementary capabilities. It does not guarantee work or income.

A project partnership

A defined contribution to a specific engagement, with its own responsibilities and terms.

Equity participation

A separate commitment requiring specific discussions and agreements. Partner status does not imply share ownership.

Before working with us

Do I need to bring a project?

You can start by introducing your expertise or your company’s capabilities. A commercial opportunity is not required for an initial conversation.

How are time and fees agreed?

They are discussed according to the contribution and the proposed engagement. Preparation work, potential expenses and payment terms should be defined before the relevant work begins.

Does partnership require investment or exclusivity?

Making contact does not create these commitments. Any membership fee, exclusivity or financial contribution requires an explicit agreement.

How is participation in an engagement decided?

Complementary skills, availability and project requirements are considered. Each participant’s role and responsibilities are defined within the engagement.

How are confidentiality and references handled?

The information that can be shared, how it may be used and whether work or partners can be named are defined in the applicable agreements.

What happens between engagements or when a partnership ends?

Network membership does not imply a guaranteed volume of work. Availability, exit arrangements and any continuing commitments are defined within the collaboration framework.
